9am - 5pm: Firearms Competition 8am - 5pm: Physical Agility 11am - 4pm: Crime Scene Workshops 11-12 & 2-3 #1 Prosecutor's View & Report Writing 1-2 & 3-4 #3 Investigators Need 2 Know # 4 Managing Critical Incidents 7pm - 7:15pm: Decorate Your Table! - Get ready to bring the island vibes to the Opening Banquet! Each chapter is encouraged to bring beach or luau-themed decorations to deck out your banquet table. Creativity counts—your table décor will be part of the Spirit Award judging! This is always one of the top questions members have when attending the National Conference! Here are the general recommendations for events hosted each year. When in doubt, always remember you are representing your college, your Chapter, ACJA, and most importantly, yourself.
Ice Breaker: Casual Firearms: Casual, Closed-Toe Shoes, Must have required safety attire (hat, glasses, ear protection), Recommendation: no low collared shirts Physical Agility: Fitness Attire, Closed Toe Shoes Opening Banquet: THEMED for 2025 - Island/Beach/Luau Semi-Formal Attire, NO shorts CSI Workshops: Casual Regional Caucus: Business Casual or Smart Casual Poster Presentations: Business or Smart Casual Star Member Reception (if applicable): Business or Smart Casual Lip Sync/Talent Show: Casual General Business Meeting: Business/Informal Awards Banquet: Semi-Formal or Black Tie Optional |
