1pm - 5pm: Registration - Check in for Conference materials and sign up for time slots for Firearms (individuals & teams), Poster Presentations, CSI - Conference Center Foyer

7am - 8am: Firearms Safety Meeting, MANDATORY for Competitors - Santa Monica & Venice Boardrooms

9am - 12pm: Poster Presentations, MANDATORY for Competitors - Redondo Boardroom (Located next to conference hall attached to hotel)

*Some Techniques from CSI Workshops will be utilized in the Crime Scene Competition. Failure to attend may place your team at a disadvantage.

This is always one of the top questions members have when attending the National Conference! Here are the general recommendations for events hosted each year. When in doubt, always remember you are representing your college, your Chapter, ACJA, and most importantly, yourself.

Ice Breaker: Casual
Firearms: Casual, Closed-Toe Shoes, Must have required safety attire (hat, glasses, ear protection), Recommendation: no low collared shirts
Physical Agility: Fitness Attire, Closed Toe Shoes
Opening Banquet: THEMED for 2025 - Island/Beach/Luau Semi-Formal Attire, NO shorts
CSI Workshops: Casual
Regional Caucus: Business Casual or Smart Casual
Poster Presentations: Business or Smart Casual
Star Member Reception (if applicable): Business or Smart Casual
